Ingredients:
- 1 cup boiled raw mangoes cubes
- 1/4 cup jaggery
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 pinch of saffron
- 4 cups of water and ice
Method:
- Boil the raw mangoes in an Omega Deluxe Granite Kadai.
- Add them to cold water, peel off the skin and dice in cubes.
- Pulp the boiled mango in a Prestige Endura Mixer Grinder.
- Add jiggery, salt, cardamom powder, saffron & water.
- Mix to dissolve.
- To this add ice and serve chilled.
