Ingredients:

  • 1 cup boiled raw mangoes cubes
  • 1/4 cup jaggery
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 pinch of saffron
  • 4 cups of water and ice

Method:

  1. Boil the raw mangoes in an Omega Deluxe Granite Kadai.
  2. Add them to cold water, peel off the skin and dice in cubes.
  3. Pulp the boiled mango in a Prestige Endura Mixer Grinder.
  4. Add jiggery, salt, cardamom powder, saffron & water.
  5. Mix to dissolve.
  6. To this add ice and serve chilled.
