Arbi Gosht (Colocasia) is an interesting food when served hot tastes yum to each people of all ages.
Boil the arbi in a cooker for 4-5 minutes until it’s properly boiled.
Peel the skin. Flatten the pieces. Mix ginger-garlic paste, dhania powder, turmeric powder, ajwain, 1 tsp chat masala and salt.
Apply the paste to flattened arbi. Brush with little oil.
Keep it on the grill rack.
Grill at 200o Centigrade for 25 minutes.
Turn the sides of arbi pieces midway during the cooking process.
Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
