A simple but tasty twist to regular old Asparagus.
Heat a pan, and add olive oil and butter. Allow this to melt then add the chopped garlic and saute till golden brown.
Once you have achieved the desired color, add in the vegetable broth cube and let it melt.
Add in the asparagus stalks (Without the spears first as those cook faster) to the pan. Let this cook for about 12-15 minutes.
Now, add the asparagus spears and season with a little salt if required, chilli flakes and a dash of oregano. Once cooked, turn off the flame and add a teaspoon full of butter. Mix well and serve.
