Amazingly Baked Cauliflower brings in fresh taste to the snacks.

Put the cauliflower in boiling water and allow it to boil for 5-10 minutes.

Remove the cauliflower after boiling and allow it to cool.

In a pan, add oil, onion paste, ginger garlic paste and roast it for a while.

Now add tomato puree, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, amchoor and salt and fry it for a while.

Apply this fried paste on the cauliflower and place it on the baking tray.

Bake at 200o Centigrade for 20 minutes.

Serve hot.
