Besan Ki Masaledar Kachori – Instant Recipe is a lip-smacking snack. The spicy gram flour mixture is stuffed in the refined flour dough then fried to make this yummy kachori. It is a good snack for festivals like Diwali because it can be stored for up to 15 days. This is an instant and simple recipe. This is a spicy, crispy tea time snack. So, prepare this kachori at home for this Diwali and Enjoy with your loved ones.

INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGH:-

PREPARING THE STUFFING:-

Take Prestige Omega Delux Granite Kadai and heat it.

Add 2 tablespoons of oil. Then add cumin seeds, asafoetida. Saute it.

Add grated ginger and chopped green chilli. Saute it.

Then add carom seeds, crushed coriander seeds, fennel seeds. Mix well.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, black salt, kasuri methi. Saute it.

Add garam masala, amchur powder, salt. Mix well. Then add gram flour to it. Mix well.

Roast the besan for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add 2 tablespoon oil and mix well. Switch off the gas. Keep aside to cool.

PREPARING THE DOUGH:-

Take a bowl and add maida, ghee, salt. Mix well.

Add water little by little to make a soft dough. Cover the dough with cling wrap or a cloth. Keep aside to rest for 15 to 20 minutes.

PREPARING THE KACHORI:-

Heat oil in a Prestige Omega Delux Granite Kadai for frying. Keep the flame high.

Now, take small portion of the dough. Roll it to make a ball. Then make a cavity. (you can make small or big kachori of your choice)

Put the stuffing in it. Seal it properly. Then flatten it with a palm.

Once the oil is hot, lower the flame.

Fry the kachori on a slow flame. (you can fry 5 to 6 kachori at a time)

Fry the kachori from both the sides until they turn golden brown. (Frying on a low flame make the kachori crispy)

Once done, take out on a tissue paper.

Yummy 'Besan Ki Masaledar Kachori' is ready to be served.

Note 1) If you are using the Prestige Omega Delux Granite Kadai for the first time. Then heat the kadai for 30 seconds. Sprikle oil in it. Wipe it with tissue paper or cloth. Switch off the gas. Then wash and use. (this process will fix the non-stick coating of the kadai)

Note 2) You can store the kachori for up to 15 days in airtight container.
