Tasty coconut cookies, crispy and crunchy coconut flavoured cookies are very easy and quick to make at home following the quick recipe.

Beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
Sieve maida and salt. Mix all the ingredients together and knead into a soft dough.
Roll the dough and cut it into the shape of small cookies with the help of a biscuit cutter.
If you don’t have the cutter, simply roll out small balls from the dough and pierce them with the help of fork.
Place on baking tray. Bake at 170o Centigrade for 25 minutes. Serve with tea or coffee.
