Fresh cream tart ready to be in few minutes to add a homemade tasty desert flavour to your day.

Sieve flour, baking powder and salt together.
Add sugar, butter and ice cold water. Knead into soft firm dough and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Roll out the dough about ¼” thick. Cut into small tarts with a biscuit cutter.
Press them into small tart moulds.
Prick them with a fork all over. Place all the tarts on the baking tray.
Bake at 230 degree Centigrade for 20 minutes. Once ready, set aside to cool.
Fill them with beaten fresh cream or vanilla ice cream. Top it with cherry. Serve cold.
