COOKING RICE
1) Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
2) In the Prestige Flip-on Cooker on the Prestige Induction Cooktop, add the rinsed rice, water, and salt
3) Cook the rice according to the package instructions until it's about 70-80% cooked. Drain and set aside
PREPARE BIRYANI MASALA
1) In a separate bowl, combine the thinly sliced onions, chopped tomatoes, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, cilantro, mint leaves, biryani masala powder, cumin seeds, coriander powder, and garam masala
2) Mix everything well to create a thick paste
LAYERING THE BIRYANI
1) In the same Prestige Flip-on Cooker, add the cooking oil or ghee
2) Layer the biryani masala paste evenly at the bottom
3)Place the boiled eggs on the top of the masala
4)Add the partially cooked basmati rice on top of the eggs
Drizzle the saffron milk over the rice for color and aroma
