Traditionally is deep fried but we are making it guilt free using less as good as no oil. The same strips can be used in chunks and big pieces
Rub some salt on the seabass and leave aside.
In a bowl, add mustard, salt, half of the lemon juice, smoked chilli, black pepper and flour. Fold the egg white into this bowl and whisk till smooth.
Dip the strips of fish into the batter and coat with bread crumbs and dill. Set aside.
In another bowl, add cornstarch, onion powder, garlic powder, and flour mixed together with water. Make a thick batter.
Dip in the potatoes and use this to cover the fish piece. preheat the airfryer at 180 degree celsius for 3 minutes.
Pass the potato slices and the fish alternatively into the skewers. Cook it in the airfryer at 200 degree celsius for around 12 min.
