A quick and delicious side dish made with baby potatoes and aromatic herbs. Buttery and with all the aroma from the garlic, the dish is perfect to serve alongside some slices of bread and warm soup

Parboilthe freshly washed potatoes, cut them into halves, and keep them aside.

Heat the oil and butter in the frying pan

Temper with black peppercorns and garlic, and saute for a few seconds

Add the potatoes and salt, mix, and cook over medium heat for 5-6 minutes. Keep stirring-between

Next, add the dried Italian herbs, mix well, and saute the potatoes for a few minutes more, or, until they look lightly crisp
