#. Hello everyone, today we have Prestige Endura 1000W mixer grinder with ball bearing technology having 4 jars.
#. So with this mixer grinder, we are preparing a homemade protein shake .

#. Lets start, first we add some roasted fox nuts.
#. Then 1 table spoon roasted peanuts.
#. About 30gm dates.

#. 2 green cardamoms.
#. Then add 1 table spoon chopped almonds.
#. 1 chopped apple.

#. Some chilled coconut milk around 400ml.
#. Lets blend all together.

#. Now we will take a serving glass and add soaked chia seeds,
#. Now we'll add our drink and garnish it with roasted peanuts.
