
Heat butter in the prestige TTK pressure cooker and add the cumin seeds
When the seeds crackle add onions ginger garlic paste and sauté for 2 minutes
Add the masalas and let them cook for 2 more minutes , stir occasionally
Add urad daal, tomato, chillies and Garam Masala and pour water and let the cooker whistle for 6 counts on high
Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid
Serve hot with some butter on top
