This Keema Rice is a tasty, one-pot meal that can be whipped up with a handful of ingredients, which makes it a perfect match for weeknight dinners. Light on the stomach, any leftovers can be reheated the next day for a quick lunch, what else do you want in a busy life?

Heat oil in the TTK Prestige Flip-on Svacch Pressure Cooker. Temper with crushed black peppercorns.

Next, add chopped garlic, and sauté for a few seconds.

Add green chillies and ginger paste, mix quickly.

Add chopped green onions, and sauté for a few seconds.

Add Chicken keema, and mix well.

Next, add basmati rice, green peas, salt, sugar, ghee, and garam masala powder, mix well.

Add water, and mix well.

Pressure cook for 2 whistles. Open the cooker lid when the pressure has been released entirely on its own.

Fluff the rice.
