A timeless classic, Mango Kulfi is loved by everyone. Make the kulfis by following this easy recipe when mangoes are in season, and enjoy this desi dessert with your family.

Add 1 liter of milk to the nonstick kadai. Boil the milk over high heat.

Once the milk boils, reduce the heat, add the sugar and cardamom powder, and mix well. Reduce the milk over low-medium heat until the milk reaches half of its quantity. Keep stirring the milk frequently while it is cooked

Remove the kadai from the heat, and let the milk cool at room temperature

Mix the mango pulp with the cooled milk

Now divide the kulfi mixture into paper cups. Wrap the top of the cups with pieces of aluminum foil

Set the kulfi cups in the freezer overnight

Next day, take out the kulfis from the freezer, tear the paper cups, and serve delicious mango kulfi immediately
