Paneer Paratha With Green Chutney is a mouthwatering brunch. It uses cottage cheese, coriander, onion, green chilli, some spices and curd. Paneer paratha is a delicious as well as a healthy dish. This chutney goes well with paneer tikka, paneer paratha, veg kabab and many more dishes. This is hassel free 5 minute effort recipe. It is very quick and easy to prepare with Prestige Total Mixer Grinder. So, try to make this combination at home and enjoy with your family.

PREPARING THE DOUGH:-

Take Prestige Total Mixer Grinder jar and place a kneading blade.

Add whole wheat flour and salt. Churn it.

Take a measuring glass fill it with water upto a hole.

Add water little by little the flour. Churn the flour in pulse mode. The will smooth and soft. Cover and keep aside. (The dough is ready in just 5 minutes using this kneading blade)

You can adjust the water as per the dough requirements. (like for poori and mathri dough, you require less water.)

PREPARING THE STUFFING:-

Take the same jar, place the chopping blade.

Put onion in the jar. Churn it in pulse mode. You will get a finely chopped onion in few seconds. Take out on plate.

Then chop the ginger, green chilli and coriander leaves by following the same process. Take out on a plate.

Grate paneer in a bowl. Add chopped onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala. Mix all together with hands.

PREPARING THE PANEER PARATHA:-

Take a small portion of the dough, dust it flour and roll it in to small roti.

Put the small ball of stuffing and seal it properly.

Dust it with flour and roll it lightly to make a paratha.

Meanwhile, heat a tawa.

Now, cook the paratha on a medium flame.

Apply ghee on both the sides and cook it.

When it turns golden brown from both the sides, take out on a plate.

PREPARING CHUTNEY:-

Take a chutney jar of Prestige Total Mixer Grinder and add coriander leaves, onion, green chilli. Grind it to a smooth paste.

Take a bowl and add hung curd. Beat it with a hand beater.

Add coriander paste to it. Then add salt, black salt, salt, asafoetida, oil. Mix all together.

Pour the chutney in the same chutney jar and put a lid. Store it.

Yummy 'Paneer Pyaaz Paratha' is ready to be served with 'Green Chutney'. Put dollop of butter and serve.

Tips:-

You can store the chutney for upto 15 days in the refrigerator.

Yes you can add garlic as well as mint to enhance the flavour of the chutney.

To make a perfect paneer paratha, knead a soft dough. The soft dough prevent it from breaking.
