In a pan heat olive oil, add in onion, ginger garlic paste and green chillies. Saute till fragrant.
Add in soya granules, boiled green peas, tomato pure, and all the dry masalas. Toss well.
Add oregano, chilli flakes and fresh basil leaves. Allow this to cook for 2-3 minutes.
Allow to cool for 8 -10 mins and serve in the scooped out apples.
