If you have ever grilled a vegetable than your mouth is likely already craving for this vegetable stuffed and grilled tomato recipe.
Scoop the seeds out of the tomatoes.
Apply a little salt inside the tomatoes.
Keep it upside down for a few minutes.
In a bowl add mashed boiled potatoes, peas, green chillies, onions, red chilli powder, chat masala, coriander leaves and salt.
Stuff this mixture in the scooped tomatoes.
And brush some oil on the tomatoes and place them on the baking tray.
Bake at 200o Centigrade for 10 minutes.
Garnish with grated paneer and chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot.
