Ingredients:

  • 1 large pineapple cut into cubes
  • 1 cup organic sugar
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 ½ liters filtered water

Method:

  1. Take half quantity of pineapple and 3 cups water, blend it in Prestige Matcho Mixer Grinder.
  2. In a large glass pitcher add the blended pineapple pulp, remaining pineapple pieces, sugar, cinnamon, cloves and remaining water.
  3. Cover the pitcher with muslin cloth, not too tight so that the brew can breathe.
  4. Place it in a cool place for a day and half.
  5. Strain the liquid, dilute withy water or ice and serve cold.
