Ingredients:
- 1 large pineapple cut into cubes
- 1 cup organic sugar
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 4 cloves
- 1 ½ liters filtered water
Method:
- Take half quantity of pineapple and 3 cups water, blend it in Prestige Matcho Mixer Grinder.
- In a large glass pitcher add the blended pineapple pulp, remaining pineapple pieces, sugar, cinnamon, cloves and remaining water.
- Cover the pitcher with muslin cloth, not too tight so that the brew can breathe.
- Place it in a cool place for a day and half.
- Strain the liquid, dilute withy water or ice and serve cold.
